About Kinfolk Community Outreach

Join us in a collective journey of compassion and impact as we work hand in hand, transforming lives and nurturing hope.

Our Founders Story

Our founder, Davon Evans, has personally experienced the criminal justice system and understands the challenges of overcoming past mistakes, even after paying one’s debt to society. Driven by a desire to create positive change, Davon began organizing annual holiday toy drives in 2017 for children whose parents were incarcerated or reentering the community without the means to provide a quality holiday experience for their families. Inspired by his entrepreneurial success with “CleanCo Bins,” a company that employs ex-offenders, Davon deepened his commitment to community service. This led to the creation of Kinfolk Community Outreach, rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a second chance and the opportunity to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
